Booking.Com: Import Properties from Booking.Com to Hostsync #
This article explains how to import properties from Booking.com to Hostsync via Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Import.

⚠️ Attention: Each property in Hostsync is unique. You should only import properties that you have not yet created manually or imported from Airbnb.

Before You Start #
Hostsync offers advanced features that greatly facilitate your operation.
Importing is a quick way to set up a new property, but not all data is imported — some manual corrections will be necessary after the import.

Step-by-Step Guide #
Step 1: Enter the Hotel ID on Booking.Com #
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Import
- Enter the Booking.com hotel ID
If a “Connect to Booking.com” button appears:
- Click the button
- Click “Start” and search for “BEDS24”
- Check all the checkboxes
- Wait for confirmation from Booking.com
Step 2: Import the Property #
- Click “Import a property from Booking.com”
- Enter the hotel ID and click “Import from Booking.com”
Step 3: Verify Imported Content #
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > View Content
- Check what was imported and add any missing content
- Go to the Calendar to confirm that prices were imported correctly (up to 10 daily rates will be imported; minimum stays are not imported)
Step 4: Correct the Number of Rooms #
- Go to Settings > Properties > Rooms > Configuration
- Adjust the “Quantity of this Type” field to the total number of rooms of each type
Step 5: Set Minimum/Maximum Stays (Optional) #
- Go to Prices > Daily Price Rules
- Edit and adjust the “Minimum Stay” and “Maximum Stay” values as needed
Step 6: Import Existing Bookings #
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com
- Click Import Existing Bookings
You can also:
- Import from Airbnb/Expedia if you already have the connection set up
- Add manually through the calendar or import via file
.csvin Settings > Properties - Close dates in the calendar or use the “Overlay” function to set inventory and check-in/check-out restrictions
Step 7: Verify What Will be Sent to Booking.Com #
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping
- In the “Rooms/Listings” section, click “Price Data” to verify what will be synchronized
Step 8: Activate the Connection #
When everything is correctly set up:
- Click Activate Connection > Activate Connection Now
⚠️ Attention: If you have dormitories, do not activate the connection alone. Send a support request explaining that you have dormitories connected to Booking.com. Our team will adjust the settings manually.
Step 9: Disable Auto-Replenishment (Optional) #
- Log in to your Booking.com account
- Go to Rates and Availability > Settings > Auto-Replenishment
- Disable the feature by changing to No
This prevents Booking.com from automatically reopening dates in case of cancellation, without waiting for the update sent by Beds24.
Step 10: Check if the Connection is Active #
Click Update to see the connection status.
The connection is working correctly if:
- The status shows: Active XML Connection
- The hotel status is Open / Bookable
- There are no error messages
- The information displayed on the channel is correct
