Dashboard #
This page explains how to use and customize the Dashboard.
💡 If you are using the old version of the dashboard, click the “Try it” link.
If you want to return to the old version, click the 🔒 icon and then “Classic Dashboard”.
Summary #
The dashboard displays all relevant information on a single screen and allows you to manage reservations and rooms:

👉 To customize the dashboard, click the lock on the right and select “Unlock”.
Interactive Reception #
Modify or Add Information to Reservations #
For the components Arrivals, Departures, Guests in Stay, Modified Reservations, Latest Reservations, you can add custom question columns Editable CQ.
These columns display the questions enabled in Settings > Properties > Reservation Questions and are editable.

When viewing only one property, the column header will show the name of the custom question.

When selecting multiple properties, only the question number will be shown (because questions may vary).
Register Guest Check-Ins and Check-Outs #
If you use the components Arrivals, Departures, and Guests in Stay, you can manage the check-in/check-out process directly on the dashboard and see which guests have already checked in.

You can also always register a guest’s check-in by opening the reservation and setting the information code Checkin in the Info tab.
➡️ In Settings > Account > Preferences > Check-in Rules, you can limit this function in the dashboard modules.

(Session reserved for reports, statistics, and graphs on reservations.)
Customize the Dashboard #
The dashboard is fully customizable. You can choose which content to display, where to place it, and set the size of each component.

Click the 🔒 icon on the right and select “Unlock”.

To customize an individual component, use the ⋮ menu in the top right corner of the box.

Add Content #
You can add components from the dropdown menu. Available options:
Components #
Pre-built reports.

You can select one or all properties.

You can customize the columns and their order.

Some allow direct check-in/out.
Custom Reports #
Created in Reports > Custom Reports.

Set Layout = tabular.

Available on the dashboard with the name defined in the report.
Charts #

Choose one or all properties.

Set the period you want to analyze.
Housekeeping #

Change status and add notes.

Changes are reflected in the Calendar.

Configurable default statuses in Settings > Account > Preferences > Unit Status Presets.

“Units” = list of units (independent of reservations).

“Reservations” = list of units with status associated with reservations.
Potential Issues #
Displays configuration issues that need to be corrected to avoid failures.
Statistics #
Allows you to choose the analysis period.
Notes #
Editable field that supports HTML and iframes. Examples of use:

Google Doc, sheet, or form

Calendar

Tourist information

Weather
ℹ️ Many components on the same dashboard can affect performance. Consider using multiple dashboards.
External Content #
In the Notes module, you can integrate external systems (e.g., task management, calendars, weather) via iframe.

Organize Content #

Drag and drop components.

Resize as needed.
Remove Content #
Click the component menu ⋮ > Remove Component.
Add/Remove Columns #
Click the component > ⋮ > Columns > check or uncheck columns.
Multiple properties #
You can display one component per property.
👉 Add the Property column to display the name.
Save Changes #
💡 Lock the dashboard again by clicking Unlock to prevent accidental changes.
Restore Defaults #
Remove all content and refresh the page.
Dashboards in Subaccounts #
With the Clone function, you can make customized dashboards available in subaccounts.
➡️ Go to Account Management > Clone Account Settings.
Multiple Dashboards / Devices #
You can create different views (e.g., computer and mobile).
Cookies remember which dashboard was used on each device.
Troubleshooting #
Lock/unlock not working
➡️ If using the browser’s private mode, the function may fail.
Notes module not editable
➡️ Only one notes module is supported per dashboard.
Housekeeping – table not sortable
➡️ When there are arrivals and departures on the same day, the table becomes complicated.
Use the option Group by Unit = No to make it always sortable.
