Dashboard #

This page explains how to use and customize the Dashboard.

💡 If you are using the old version of the dashboard, click the “Try it” link.
If you want to return to the old version, click the 🔒 icon and then “Classic Dashboard”.

Summary #

The dashboard displays all relevant information on a single screen and allows you to manage reservations and rooms:

  • Overview of reservations, arrivals, and departures

  • Check-in and check-out, modify or add information to reservations

  • Maintain notes

  • Housekeeping module to manage cleaning and maintenance

👉 To customize the dashboard, click the lock on the right and select “Unlock”.

Interactive Reception #

Modify or Add Information to Reservations #

For the components Arrivals, Departures, Guests in Stay, Modified Reservations, Latest Reservations, you can add custom question columns Editable CQ.

These columns display the questions enabled in Settings > Properties > Reservation Questions and are editable.

  • When viewing only one property, the column header will show the name of the custom question.

  • When selecting multiple properties, only the question number will be shown (because questions may vary).

Register Guest Check-Ins and Check-Outs #

If you use the components Arrivals, Departures, and Guests in Stay, you can manage the check-in/check-out process directly on the dashboard and see which guests have already checked in.

➡️ In Settings > Account > Preferences > Check-in Rules, you can limit this function in the dashboard modules.

Troubleshooting #

Lock/unlock not working
➡️ If using the browser’s private mode, the function may fail.

Notes module not editable
➡️ Only one notes module is supported per dashboard.

Housekeeping – table not sortable
➡️ When there are arrivals and departures on the same day, the table becomes complicated.
Use the option Group by Unit = No to make it always sortable.
